Weybridge Luxury Mansion

JMS provided a full structural and civil engineering design service for this dream family home in Surrey’s prestigious St. Georges Hill estate. This luxury mansion offers accommodation extending some 12,500 square feet over four floors, boasting five bedroom suites, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room, outdoor plunge pool and a detached triple garage with further accommodation over.

A basement level leisure suite including swimming pool and ground floor slab was designed in reinforced concrete, utilising perimeter secant piles to ease excavation. The upper building structure was formed traditionally utilising load-bearing masonry with pre-cast concrete floor, and steelwork were necessary to overcome the large span floor areas.

Site levels and below ground drainage were designed to suit the multiple entry positions of the property and adjacent infrastructure.
